Return Policy

Scout Decor offers a 14 day return policy. Returned Items must be shipped securely in their original packaging and condition to qualify for a refund (please do not assemble or modify the product in any way). Return credits are issued once the item is received and inspected. Please note, if you return an item the return shipping costs will be deducted from your total refund amount. Design Services, Clearance Items, Gift Certificates, Personalized Items and Items Marked “Non-Returnable” (clearly indicated on the sale page before placing your order) are not eligible for return or refund. To complete a return notify us at contact@scoutdecor.com and we will provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped and the amount you will be refunded.

Please inspect your purchase and notify Scout Decor immediately of any damage so that we can follow-up appropriately. We cannot accept returns on items damaged through normal wear and tear.
